  • All data transmitted between your browser and our systems is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols (TLS 1.2+)
  • This helps protect information from interception during transmission

  • Storage providers apply encryption and security controls consistent with industry best practices

Access Controls

Access to client information is restricted to authorized staff members on a need-to-know basis.

Our internal access controls include:

  • Authenticated admin access
  • Access logging and monitoring
  • Periodic access reviews

Only approved users with appropriate permissions can view or edit client records.

Document Handling

Client documents are collected using secure Microsoft SharePoint file-request links.

We do not accept sensitive documents through public website uploads or regular email.

Tip: Always upload documents using the secure link we provide and avoid sharing upload links with others.

Payment Security

Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

  • Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe
  • We do not store payment card details on our servers
  • We only receive confirmation of successful payment transactions

Incident Monitoring & Response

We monitor for unusual activity and review security alerts from our infrastructure providers.

In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting personal information, we will:

  • Promptly investigate and contain the issue
  • Take appropriate steps to reduce risk
  • Notify affected individuals and authorities when required by law
  • Implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence
