Document Handling
Client documents are collected using secure Microsoft SharePoint file-request links.
We do not accept sensitive documents through public website uploads or regular email.

Payment Security
Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
- Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe
- We do not store payment card details on our servers
- We only receive confirmation of successful payment transactions
Incident Monitoring & Response
We monitor for unusual activity and review security alerts from our infrastructure providers.
In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting personal information, we will:
